有鑑於國內技術研發資源集中於公共部門的事實，如何有效地進行技術資訊的移轉，已成為國內極受關注的研究課題。技術移轉係在技術提供方和接收方兩造之間，技術資訊流通的過程；移轉模式則為溝通技術資訊的承載渠道。本研究嘗試從不同移轉模式的績效差異，來探討在種種技術移轉的困難情境中，如何選擇合適的移轉模式。 本研究自科技專案中選擇實際技術移轉個案，了解不同個案之技術可應用性、廠商承接條件、實際採用之移轉模式和移轉績效等表現，以檢證不同移轉模式在各個移轉情境下的績效表現，期能提供研究機構技術移轉時，選用移轉模式的參考。

This research studies the relations between transferring modes and technology transferring performance. The study selects 44 information industry’s technology transferring projects carried between government sponsored R&D institutions and private firms between 1990 to 1992. Data on 44 projects; adopted transferring modes; and 120 firms’ transferring performances are subjected to factor and ANOVA analysis. There exists contingent relationships between transferring modes and transferring performances. Further studies with more technology items and advanced case investigation of transferring process should permit better understanding of the utility of transferring modes.
