摘要(中文)

本文旨在探討台灣自行車業者,如何運用對大陸投資的經營安排,維持其所擁有的國際市場競爭地位;持有低成本、差異化或專注市場之競爭傾向的廠商,對大陸投資的動機與目標,固然有其共同的著重點,亦有部份動機、目標項目與競爭策略意涵有相當的關聯性;在大陸事業機構的生產、行銷、研發與人事等經營行為,各企業亦有異同之處;顯見在赴大陸投資初期,受限當地經營環境的既有狀態,在多處經營作法各廠商固然相同,亦有部份經營行為與企業的市場競爭傾向有相關的現象。隨著台商日漸體會其在國際市場上的競爭策略的多樣性選擇,以及在大陸投資的經營日趨成熟,大陸的投資對廠商的國際化將有愈重的地位與影響。

摘要(英文)

This study hopes to acknowledge that how Taiwanese enterprises manage the investments in Mainland China to hold their competition status in international market, by the data of bicycle industry. The interprises with different competition strategy approach which are low cost, differentiation and focus market, have some investing motives and goals commonly, but in some other items there exists meaningful relations with their competition approach. Also the function strategies of businesses in Mainland includes production, marketing, finance and personnel strategy, there appear some common activities and others different with the correspondense of competition strategy. In the future, after the growth of Mainland commercial environment and familiarity of Taiwanese inversting in there, the enterprises will more emphasize the choice of international competition. The management of Mainland investments will also be more influencial for their internationalization.
